First of all you have to be invited by a superstar friend that is online...
When he sends u the invitation (in the chat) you accept it and you will be taken to the Parties ( Design -> Parties *the last one* )
You get the invitation nd at the bottom of the invitation whrites Parties Logo and a little picture ... You accept it twice and TADA ... The Parties Logo is in your suite!!!! This is the picture and alsoo check my suite!
